Return & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds, exchange or credit note for unworn, unused items with the hygiene sticker and tags still in place for up to 7 days from the arrival date. If the condition is not as new we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • We must be notified of the return within 7 days on we will then email you our returns address in the Netherlands. 
  • Please provide in the email your full name, order number, the item you wish to exchange and reason.
  • For on sale, coupon discounted items, swimsuits, intimates, and beauty items all sales are final.
  • We must receive the return within 2 weeks of notifying us.
  • The shipping of a return to our Netherlands office is handled at the customer's own cost.
  • Designed by Dori recommends that you return items with registered track-able post as we are not liable if your package goes missing.
  • Please enclose in the return package a note with your full name and order number.
  • In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package on Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • Where possible we will replace the faulty item.
  • If it is out of stock you will receive a full refund.
  • Items sent back to the manufacturer are not liable for a refund, please message us to initiate a return to
  • A restocking fee of 5.00 is charged on a per order basis for returned items.

  • If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we allow you to keep your original item, and we'll send you a new one for a $15 courier fee. We've found this is the best way to make sure our customers aren't waiting weeks for us to receive their returned item, inspect it, and send you a new size.
  • We can only offer exchanges for the original item that was ordered.   
  • We do not charge customers a restocking fee for items exchanged.  
  • Exchanges can only be done once per item. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We cannot refund or return any previously exchanged items.
